Extremely hard leaving something you built up but sometimes you need a change
My Story
In 2014, I started at PRODYNA (Schweiz) AG with a handful of employees. My task was to grow the company with business development and strategy, with the workforce and motivated employees PRODYNA has, to build customized IT solutions for clients.
After 7 years, PRODYNA (Schweiz) AG grew to more than 40 motivated employees and more than 10 Million CHF turnover.
My primary tasks were:
- Business development in Switzerland & Liechtenstein, but also UK
- Open new leads, markets, partnerships and topics
- Mentoring and coaching of other Sales employees
- Preparing and helping colleagues for their project placement at our customers
- Key account management & establishing framework agreements
- ….
I was able to grow my knowledge about complex IT systems at banks, insurance and health care providers, pharmaceutical companies,… and enable myself to talk to companies’ C-level at eye level on matters like: IT, strategy and future innovation.
During those 7 years, I could win on average 2 new customers every quarter, even during my notice period.
I liked to be challenged on a professional, but also on a sportive level with the PRODYNA Challenges. There, I was able to break the PRODYNA marathon record year after year, and I brought it below the 3 hours mark in 2019: to 2 hours and 44 minutes!
Besides marathons, PRODYNA also brought me into triathlon and I was able to win on of the worlds toughest triathlons: Triverest which is much tougher than an Ironman.
